Job Description: Senior Producer

Location: Notting Hill, London *Office Based Job

Reporting Into: Client and Business Manager UK

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Client manage and produce a project which may be a pop-up, dinner, permanent store, fair stand, product launch set up, window install, influencer trip, etc.
• Work closely with the creative team to execute multiple projects at the same time. • Build relationships with suppliers to make a project come to life.
• Overseeing all production aspects.
• Managing the financial aspect of a project from pitch through the reconciliation of stage, including ensuring invoices from vendors and client.
• Managing assistants on projects.
• Understanding technical plans and 3D renderings.
• Working on multiple projects at the same time (3+).
• Manage senior project coordinators.
• Working onsite at events for setup, live event, and derig, this may include traveling to other countries.
