Junior Event Designer | UK

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Creating high-quality presentations of creative work for internal and external use, mood boards, and writing creative copy.
  • Brainstorming ideas and creating designs for events, experiences, and interiors with the creative team.
  • Executing creative projects from strategy to completion with guidance from the wider studio team.
  • Supporting and reporting into the Head of Design or Senior Design.
  • Briefing 3D render designers when needed.
  • Creation of graphic design assets and print files.
  • Sourcing for events, including dressing items, furniture, and props.
  • Supporting the producer on any event-related tasks.
  • Proficient use of SketchUp, Illustrator, and Adobe Suite to create artwork and floor plans.
  • Working onsite at events in London and worldwide for set up, styling, and live event execution.
  • Keeping up to date with industry news (design, luxury, interiors) and presenting new concepts, competitors, or inspiration to the Creative Director on a regular basis.
  • Collaborating with all teams to build a positive working relationship.


  • Interest and knowledge in the luxury sector.
  • Experience in set design preferable.
  • Knowledge of interior design.
  • A team player.
  • Personable and professional.
  • Efficient, solutions-driven, and intuitive.
  • Enthusiastic and positive.
  • Understanding 3D design (not executing).
  • Multitasker and able to work in a high-intensity environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
